Radiance Skin Retreat was founded in November 2026 by Angela Kovacs, a 20+ year dually licensed esthetician and cosmetologist.
At Radiance Skin Retreat, skincare is about more than caring for your skin—it’s about taking a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and make time for yourself.
Created as a peaceful, intimate retreat from the demands of everyday life, Radiance offers a luxurious yet unhurried approach to skincare. Each treatment is designed to be both restorative and results-focused, giving you the opportunity to relax, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and radiant.
I believe beautiful skin begins with healthy skin and that’s why I’ve carefully selected professional skincare lines to use during treatments. One line is ocean inspired rooted in natural, clean ingredients and the power of marine botanicals. The other was created by a dermatologist with a strong focus on protecting and maintaining the skin’s natural barrier with gentle botantical ingredients.
Both skincare lines give results without irritation or redness and incorporate botanical ingredients that are thoughtfully formulated to be free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, sulfates, and gluten, and are vegan and cruelty-free.
For specialized results, Radiance also offers professional chemical peels that are carefully selected and customized according to your skin’s needs.

Meet Angela
Licensed in esthetics for 20+ years, Angela Kovacs brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work, along with a genuine passion for skincare and creating meaningful, personalized experiences for her clients.
Before following her passion for skincare, Angela earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and built a successful career with several Fortune 500 companies. While she valued the experience and knowledge gained throughout her corporate career, she eventually realized that her true calling was in esthetics—a transition she only wishes she had made sooner.
Her esthetics career has primarily centered around medical spas and five-diamond resort destination spas, where she developed a deep appreciation for creating exceptional experiences while delivering thoughtful, results-focused skincare. She also spent time as an esthetics educator, sharing her knowledge, experience, and passion for the industry with aspiring estheticians.
After taking time away from the industry to raise her family, Angela is thrilled to return to the work she loves. She created Radiance Skin Retreat as a place where skincare and self-care come together—a tranquil, luxurious environment where each client can slow down, feel genuinely cared for, and enjoy treatments thoughtfully tailored to their individual skin and needs.
For Angela, esthetics has always been about more than skincare. It is about creating an experience, building trust, and helping each person leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and radiant.
